A: Dallas, Texas

Q: What did you want to be when you were a kid?
A: A politician. I watched Meet the Press when I was 7 or 8, it came on before the Dallas Cowboys. That was the year that Reagan got voted in which was cool.

Q: What is something that not many people know about you?
A: I used to be on the diving team in high school.

Q: What motivated you to become an instructor?
A: In 1999 I moved to Hawaii and I lived with a family in their dance studio and the person that owned the place, the wife, asked me to train her which later evolved into leading group fitness. I was working out at local gym (Pacific Island Fitness) and someone asked me to teach a class to I created one called “Chisel.” (Create Huge Increase Strength Endurance Lean-Mass)

Q: What’s you favorite quote?
A: You are what you practice most.

Q: What’s your spirit animal?
A: Unicorn… Everyone knows that.

Q: Where did you learn this type of training?
A:  It’s a collection from my kettlebell, yoga, and diving training. Most specifically from training with IKFF (International Kettlebell Fitness Federation)

Q: What is your favorite move/pose and why?
A: The one that I’m doing in the photo which is called a Suspended Kettlebell Bridge, taught to me by Ken Blackburn.

Q: If you had to live outside the U.S. where would you live and why?
A:  I’d move to Bali, because of the great surf, island vibes, and great yoga.

Q: Do you have any pets?
A: I have two Bengal cats (shug and smallz) aka yetti, white walker, and brussel sprouts.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
